This Privacy Policy explains how Prime MD Plus and Divya Javvaji, M.D. (“Prime MD Plus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and protect information gathered through our website at primemdplus.com (the “Site”) and through our patient communications, including text (SMS) messaging. It applies to information collected online and through related digital services. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs Protected Health Information (“PHI”) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care or any service.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP, or contact our office at 972-393-1699. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive care.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers (such as our review and messaging platform) that help us deliver these messages to you, and only to the extent necessary to provide that service. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing.

Standard text messaging is not a fully secure or encrypted channel. To protect your privacy, we limit the health information included in text messages to the minimum necessary and generally avoid including sensitive clinical details in SMS.
